Our Policy Is pet friendly. Your home is your pet's home too!
At Varsity Apartments, we understand that your pet is family too. That is why we feature a Pet Friendly Policy!
Feel free to bring your pet with you when you move in.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed.
- The owner is allowed one pet per apartment.
- There is a 80 lbs weight limit for the pet.
- Residents are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not disturb other residents.
- There is a $300 Pet Deposit required.
- All pets must be kept on a leash.
